This program is designed by the Ministry Exploration Team of the Board of Ordained Ministry to help young people who are rising Juniors or Seniors explore where God might be calling them in ministry. To keep this program small enough for mentoring and discussion-based, we are asking each district superintendent to nominate ONE young person per district.
Developing Young Christian Leaders who are exploring how God is leading them forward!
We are putting together a dream team of strong clergy and lay leadership from around the Conference who are known for their work, witness, and knowledge. Students will be challenged to think not only about how others can become more engaged in the life of the Church, but how they can go home with the tools and resolve to make a difference in their schools and communities. The Youth Leadership Summit will put the tools in students' hands so that they can begin to shape a place of leadership where they know not only what to do but how to do it!
