An Isaiah Project Institutional Partner is an institution or ministry setting that provides opportunities for a young person to hear God’s call and claim or where that same call and claim can be further explored. Colleges, Wesley Foundations and camp/retreat centers are crucial in this partnership. These are places where young people are being defined by their experiences and are making decisions for their future. These institutions must take a leading role in identifying and nurturing young leaders for the Church. We need these institutions to urge young people to be open to God’s call as they listen to the clamor of voices calling them into their lifelong journey.
Partnering with seminaries is a vital part of the program. It is through them that those who have already determined that they have heard God’s call will continue to grow and emerge as clergy leaders in the Church.
